“Gold-filled” is a USA industry standard that legally requires 1/20th, 5% pure gold by weight. It’s a strictly regulated process that involves pressure bonding multiple layers of solid 14k gold with extreme heat over a core of high quality jeweler’s brass resulting in a durable, quality real gold product.
Gold plated jewelry has an attractive finish that looks like real gold. It is fairly strong, durable, and more affordable than gold filled or solid gold items. We only carry gold plating with stainless steel metal, to insure durability, as stainless steel resists scratches, and corrosion making our gems all tarnish resistant.
Yes, our gems are water resistant, but please keep in mind that is pure water. Chemicals will tarnish your gems.
Yes, even the most sensitive people should not have any reaction to our gems.
Packages are sent out as soon as the next business day with USPS First Class Shipping it will take about 3-7 Business days depending on where you are located to receive packages. If you need express next day shipping please e-mail us, and we will try our very best to accommodate you.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@hausofghold.com . Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

All Sale items are Final Sale. We do not offer Refunds. If item is damaged please see exchange or damage section for reference.

Packages are sent out within 3-5 business days via USPS First Class Shipping. It will take approximately 3-7 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your location. If you require express next-day shipping, please email us, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request.

Please note that shipping dates change if item is a pre-order. Pre-order items always note what their potential ship date is.

Please be aware that once your package has been delivered to the post office, it is no longer under the control of Haus of Ghold. In the event that your items are lost or stolen, we regret that we cannot offer a refund, as we have fulfilled the order and completed our part of the transaction. You will need to contact your local post office to open a case for a missing item.
